Q: How old do I need to be to reserve a home?

A: To book one of our vacation homes everyone who is traveling must be at least 25 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Q: Can I bring my pet along?

A: Sorry, but all our homes have a pet fee policy. Some guests and owners may have pet allergies.

Q: Can I get a breakdown of the total cost?

A: The rental quote includes all rent, taxes, and fees. The breakdown of the total cost is in the box on the website

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than sixty (60) days prior to Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit (down payment) will not be refunded.

There are no cancellations permitted within sixty (60) days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner will be considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and will result in forfeiture of the Reservation deposit.

No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.

Q: Do you take partial payments or must I pay in full upon booking?

A: To hold your booking, we require a reservation deposit of 25% of the rent, but a minimum of $500 or the full amount due with booking. Total Rental Amount, Cleaning, Taxes and refundable Security Deposit (remaining balance) are due 30 days prior your arrival. All funds are kept in escrow.

Q: How do I pay for a reservation?

A: We accept credit cards, checks and wire transfers for reservations booked more than 30 days in advance.

Q: Is smoking allowed in the home?

A: Smoking is prohibited in the homes, but you can smoke on the lanai.

Q: Does the home come with linens and towels, or do I need to bring my own?

A: The home will be equipped with all the necessities. All the beds will be made with fresh linens, bath and beach towels will be provided.

Q: Is wireless Internet available?

A: Our homes generally have fast wireless connection.

Q: Do you provide baby beds, high chairs, etc.?

A: We have a limited supply of Pack N Play, high chair, buggy, bed rail for toddler etc. We’re happy to rent you during your stay. Reserve early! Contact us to see if item is available.

Check-in /Check-out procedure

Q: What are the check-in procedures?

A: Please contact us when you arrived in the home and we will schedule a short meeting with you to answer questions you might have and give you tips and hints

Q: Can I check-in earlier?

A: An early check-in is dependent on whether or not the cleaning team has time to fully clean the home before your arrival. If guests are checking out the same day that your reservation begins, an early check-in is not possible. Please contact us in case you plan to arrive earlier. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to suggest local parks and attractions that will help you pass the time until 4:00 P.M. arrives.

Q: What are the check-out procedures?

A: Check-out is latest 10AM, if not otherwise agreed. We ask that you leave the property reasonably clean and in reasonable order. You are responsible for making sure that all dishes are done, please put opened food in the trash and wash and dry a load of towels the night before you leave.

Q: Can I get a late check out?

A: Late check-out is available, if we do not have new guests coming the same day. A Fee is associated. Contact us for details. Important: Unfortunately, during peak season no early check ins or late check outs are available

Q: Should I Purchase Travel Insurance?

A: We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to help protect against unexpected circumstances that might affect your ability to travel. Guests that decline the purchase of Travel Insurance understand agree to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
